Custom Steam Saunas Improve Your Home

Many people take pride in putting work into their own homes. Whether it is carving a few pieces of furniture or doing the remodel work on your bathroom or kitchen, it feels great being able to point to something and say, "I did that!" Other people want nothing to do with repairs or handiwork and would prefer to earn the extra money to hire someone else to do it. If you are someone who enjoys these types of tasks, however, then it is fun to find these types of projects. I think you are ready to try something bold and daring: a custom steam sauna is perfect for your next undertaking!
Saunas are fantastic home additions no matter where you live, although they are especially great if you are in an area that experiences icy cold winters. Nothing helps thaw you out better than fifteen minutes in a personal sauna. Depending on the size and type of sauna you own, it can be anywhere from 120 degrees to 190 degrees Fahrenheit when it reaches its highest temperature. Not only will this steam room warm you up, it will also improve your circulation, soften your skin, and help you feel more relaxed and stress-free.
You can install a home sauna either inside or outside but you first need to make sure you have enough space and waterproof floors. Saunas are not that complicated but a steam room does require certain drains and electrical outlets. A hard waterproof surface such as concrete or linoleum is ideal. Once you know where you want your new sauna to go, you should measure the space that you will put it. Now you are ready to order your sauna kit!
Once you have the dimensions, talk to a sauna expert who can help decide on the best sauna for your needs. A steam sauna is often a traditional, or Finnish, sauna that uses the normal heated rocks to create the heat in the room. The steam is created when one pours water over the rocks. In order to save money, you can order a sauna kit and build it yourself! Everything is precut and pre-measured, so all you need to worry about is the assembly.
You will love your new home sauna!

Help answer the question about Steam Saunas
What are the health benefits (if any) of saunas and steam rooms?
My family and I were sitting in a sauna earlier today, and found ourselves wondering, what if any are the benefits of them? I know they are a big deal in Scandinavia, and that the steam opens your pores, and whatnot, but do they do anything else? Thanks for your time!

Use them after exercise. If you use them before you will be too weak to exercise.
They make you perspire profusely so you eliminate a lot of toxins from your body.
Make sure you get out before you start feeling faint and have a few scoops of water before and after to avoid getting kidney stones from the extreme dehydration.
If you suffer from high blood pressure or heart problems you must steer clear of saunas and steam rooms.

Your problem is probably not the lamps, but the fixtures.
Consensation falling on the hot glass will shatter lamps in the
manner you describe.
While the proper solution is to install fixtures properly designed
for that environment, a cheaper ad hoc solution might be to try
CFL lamps. They're not rated for damp environments either, but
seem to be well enclosed, and operate at lower tempertures,
and thus will not be prone to shatter if the glass gets wet.
Whatever you do, be very careful around those damp, mis-applied fixtures.
be sure power is off before you try to re-lamp them.

Dry Sauna can release your body of metal toxins which are harmful to your body.
It can clear your sinuses and relieve any respiratory congestion.
Stress reliever and relaxation
Whether you choose to relax with family and friends or enjoy your solitude, your sauna provides mental and physical rejuvenation and an overall feeling of well being
Cardiovascular Improvement
Your body responds to the sauna’s dry heat by increasing blood circulation and perspiration, the same natural cooling mechanism used in exercise
Healthy GLOW
Sauna bathing helps improve your skin tone by stimulating your epidermis, opening pores and increasing circulation near the skin surface. You gain that youthful, just-returned-from-vacation look.
Take Off The WEIGHT and Keep It Off
Studies show that a person can burn 300 - 400 calories during a 20 to 30 minute sauna bath. That’s the equivalent of an aerobic exercise, such as jogging or rowing, for the same period. Plus, a sauna helps you maintain your weight loss.
Eliminate Harmful Toxins
Your sweat glands can eliminate a surprising amount of harmful toxins, including lead, mercury, zinc, nickel, and cadmium, flowing through your bloodstream.
Increase Your Resistance To Disease
By increasing your circulation and oxygen flow - together with improving your overall level of wellness - the dry heat helps your body strengthen its immune system required to fight colds, and infection.
Post-Exercise Relaxation
